• Important regarding Duties & Taxes to the UK  & Outside the EU.
  All orders outside the European Union are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 
• We do not send the orders in separate shipments, they are sent once all products are ready.
• We will start fulfilling your order when once the transaction is confirmed.
• We do not cover any import duties/taxes of the shipping destination country. If you are a customer outside the EURO area, we suggest to contact your customs and clarify what additional taxes might occur.

CARRIERS

Your orders will be shipped, regardless of the country of destination and, depending on the volume, size and weight by the carrier. 
Our preferred carrier for shipments is UPS to Europe.
North America orders are handled by FedEx or UPS depending on the situation.

If you receive a damaged packet please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
