MTB Hopper in the USA: Our Story Since 2018

MTB Hopper has sold its portable bike jump ramps in the United States since 2018. From late 2020 until 2023, MTB Hopper ramps were also sold in the US under the Ninja Hopper brand, which is why some American riders know the design by another name.

BUILT IN A COUNTRY WITH NO MOUNTAINS

MTB Hopper was founded in a country with no mountains and no trails, so the riders behind it needed a way to practice MTB jumps anywhere. Their answer was a portable ramp, launched in 2017 through an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. Today MTB Hopper makes its ramps in its own ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facilities in Lithuania, and more than 150,000 customers worldwide have bought MTB Hopper products.

MTB HOPPER IN THE UNITED STATES SINCE 2018

MTB Hopper started selling its ramps to American riders in 2018. The same ramps travel with pro riders including Danny MacAskill, Sam Pilgrim and Wyn Masters.

THE NINJA MTB PARTNERSHIP, 2020 TO 2023

At the end of 2020, MTB Hopper and Ninja MTB started a white-label partnership: ramps made by MTB Hopper were sold in the United States under the Ninja Hopper name. The partnership ran until 2023. That year, Ninja MTB began producing its own ramps.

MTB HOPPER RAMPS TODAY

Since the partnership began, MTB Hopper ramps have gone through two new generations. The 2024 lineup made the ramps 10% to 20% lighter, gave them a bent, smooth take-off surface and wider A-shaped legs for stability, and made assembly simpler. New products joined the family too: the STREET kicker, the MINI PAD landing for beginners, the WAVE pump track and the DROP trainer.

American riders order MTB Hopper directly from mtbhopper.com. US orders ship from a US warehouse, standard delivery takes 3 to 4 business days, and shipping is free on orders over €300 or the equivalent in USD, except to Hawaii and Alaska.
