We're committed to your satisfaction, and if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Which Policy Applies to You

We offer a 30-day return window to every customer as our standard store policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law — this applies in addition to our 30-day policy and includes a refund of standard delivery costs. You are always free to use whichever option is more favourable to you.

30-Day Store Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a store return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Promotional Bundle Returns

Promotional bundles are sold as a combined set at a discounted rate.

  • Full Returns: To receive a full refund, the bundle must be returned in its entirety (all items included in the bundle).

  • Partial Returns: If you choose to keep one item and return another, the bundle discount is forfeited. The item you keep will be charged at its full, standalone retail price. Your refund will be calculated as: Total Bundle Price Paid minus the Full Retail Price of the kept item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right applies in addition to our 30-day store return policy.

Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods to withdraw from the contract. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may notify us of your decision to withdraw by any clear statement. The easiest way is to use our self-serve returns portal: Manage your orders & returns. You may also email us at info@mtbhopper.com.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specifications.

Shipping Costs

In all cases, you are responsible for the direct cost of return (inbound) shipping.

We refund your original standard delivery cost, except for any extra cost arising from your choice of a faster or premium delivery method.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that the return has been processed. After inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or PayPal account, typically within 14 days.
