For all orders placed on or after December 4, 2025:
We currently cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Day (December 25th). While we will ship your order promptly, carrier transit times are highly unpredictable this time of year.

CARRIERS
Your orders will be shipped based on their volume, size, and weight by the appropriate carrier. Orders to North America are handled by FedEx, while our preferred carriers for shipments to the rest of the world are UPS, DPD, and FedEx. The exact carrier for your chosen destination will be displayed on the checkout screen before payment.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged packet please, do not accept the parcel and inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders to Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates customers are responsible for any import costs, including VAT, duties, and clearing fees. We suggest contacting your customs and clarifying what additional taxes might occur.
