WHERE WE SHIP FROM
MTB Hopper ships from multiple warehouse locations across the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Because your order ships from a location within your own region, most customers pay no import duties or customs fees, and orders arrive faster.
CARRIERS
Your orders will be shipped based on their volume, size, and weight by the appropriate carrier. Orders to North America are handled by FedEx, while our preferred carriers for shipments to the rest of the world are UPS, DPD, and FedEx. The exact carrier for your chosen destination will be displayed on the checkout screen before payment.
PREORDERS
Estimated shipping and delivery terms for preorder items are shown directly on each product page before you place your order. While your order is on preorder, you're free to cancel it at any time and receive a full refund. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a preorder's delivery date to change — if this happens, we'll let you know directly.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged packet please, do not accept the parcel and inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders to Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates customers are responsible for any import costs, including VAT, duties, and clearing fees. We suggest contacting your customs and clarifying what additional taxes might occur.
